Hola! I have recently made a lot of big changes, and with that came a lot of newly found free time with which I have decided to start blogging (which is something I know nothing about besides the cool kids do it).\u00a0 The idea came from the desire to have ONE place to keep all of my recipes and family recipes that I have saved in random emails from Mom, written in various cookbooks, and those that Granny wrote on index cards. As my mind often does, I went from “oh I should put those in an online database” to “oohh I could make the online database fun and share it with people and share other things!!”, hence the new blog. I’m not sure where this blog will go, but I hope the recipes are useful and the other anecdotes are entertaining (which is sure to include stories of the wonderful people in my life, the food I eat, the wine I drink, and plenty of pictures of my girls (Annabelle and Layla-the loves of my life aka my two adorable dogs)).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
